It's essential that you're content with your Vasken purchase. Should you be unhappy, you can return the goods within 30 days for a full refund. To guarantee your beautiful items arrive in flawless condition, please notify us immediately of any damages.
Return Steps
- Authorize the return on the Vasken website.
- Wrap the item in the original packaging with the return number on an extra sheet.
- Return the item back to our depot.
- The refund may take up to 10 working days from the date of us receiving your order.
Returning An Unwanted Item
Products returned as unwanted must be completed within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged condition when returned.
- The customer is responsible for arranging a courier for the return of their unwanted item.
- We advise using a trackable shipping method for all returned items.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item
Damaged items must be reported within two days of receipt of goods; otherwise, they cannot be returned after 30 days.

Guarantee Information: Sinks and Taps must be installed by an approved professional installer; no liability will be taken if the product is damaged during installation. Misuse or manhandling resulting in damage will not be covered by the guarantee.
