Lovely packaging, arrived quicker than anticipated, easy to follow instruction manual, installed myself in no time, been loving it since, I deliberately like to wait a few days before reviewing any product but this is definitely a winner. Ease of use, love the glass washer makes washing cups and glasses so much of a less hassle.
